ZoneWise is an informational app that provides summaries of laws, regulations, and ordinances based on your location. The App is designed to help users stay informed about jurisdiction-specific rules while traveling.

THE APP DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE. All information displayed is for general reference only and:
- May not be complete, accurate, or current
- Should not be relied upon as legal advice

- Does not create an attorney-client relationship

4. Subscriptions and Payments
ZoneWise offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
- Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not rely solely on the App for legal compliance
- Verify all information with official sources
- Keep your device and App updated
6. Location Services
The App requires location access to function. By using the App, you consent to the collection of location data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disable location services at any time through your device settings, but this will limit App functionality.
7. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Jarda LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JARDA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use the App
- Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content
- Any actions taken based on information provided by the App
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jarda LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by other means. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
